* Admitted as a solicitor in 1988
* Worked in the company commercial department of Park Nelson, Solicitors, London WC2 dealing with clients needing advice on a wide variety of matters including:-
o all aspects of company law
o joint ventures, mergers and acquisitions
o distribution and agency agreements
o employment law, contracts and procedures
* Provided company secretarial services for up to 60 private companies ·
* 1997 joined the advisory service at the Institute of Directors to provide specialist advice to IOD members
* Became a partner of Park Nelson in 1997
* June 2000 - Established the firm Grindall & Hanna with David Grindall
